A tongue of healing or hurt. Which are you revealing?
Think of this, we are the Lord’s army occupying in enemy territory, thereby we can better understand the battle raging all around us. So often we attempt to fight the devil with only our prayers, but there are many more weapons in our arsenal. Through prayer and our connection of God and His Word we can fight with more power. However, the enemy does not fight fair and he fights strategically. So how do we fight? We must do battle better than the devil; therefore, we must be strategic in our fight against the tricks of the devil. We must learn our enemy.
Remember we are battling spiritual forces. We are fighting against satan and his army of fallen angels in this spiritual battle. Know that there is a battle, because God’s Word tells us so. This is a battle that is invisible beyond the human eye and physical realm of this world. It is through this fight that we wage war on the enemy in their territory, but we must know how to fight. Understanding the enemy and the strategy he uses against us is central to our victory during the attacks. Keep in mind he comes to steal, kill and destroy. Learn to set up your battlefield by using all weapons in your arsenal including your angels. Our goal is to defeat him by overcoming his attacks through strategy that will stop him in this realm.
When all else fails is the profound Word of God given through Dr. Smith. This workbook expresses God's concern of how we deal with the tests and trials of everyday life. If we can't handle the small stuff, what will happen when the battle is really turned up? Are we in the world or easily persuaded of the world? Are we activating our faith or merely replacing it with doubt? Remember God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and a sound mind. The enemy wants to control our mind so that he can control our everything. That includes our finances, our marriages, our relationships, our joy, our peace, our purpose, our assignments and eventually our life. This is how the enemy plans to disconnect us from our salvation if we allow him, but if we continue to unite with those blessings of God, we will never allow the enemy to take anything connected to us again.

Someone posed the question “If you don’t know where you’re going, how will you know when you get there?” Moses, the Disciples, Mary Magdalene, and all of those who followed Jesus didn’t have this problem because they never had to question where they were going. Why? Because they knew that their leader was the Sent One; therefore, the destination did not matter to them.
How many of us can say that it doesn’t matter where my leader goes, I’ll follow?
